Terms and Conditions
1. General and Scope

Consequences of Withdrawal

4. Prices, payment and shipping terms
4.1

Payment is either via Money Order, COD or PayPal. At customer's request can be agreed for cash if a date for collection of goods.
4.5
Goods will deliver within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment from our warehouse. About the customer of any delays Trio Star GmbH will be informed immediately.
4.6
With the advance payment, we give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment.
4.7
One-off right for you only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.
You can exercise a right of retention only insofar as the claims result from the same contract.
4.8
Upon receipt of the order the goods by Trio Star GmbH is reserved for the customer. If no payment within two weeks from the contract, it reserves Trio Star GmbH for other purposes before disposing of the goods.
4.9
Goods will normally be delivered as an insured parcel post.
We charge a flat rate for delivery within Germany 9,00 EUR per piece. The shipping costs will be communicated to you on the product pages in the shopping cart system and on the order page again
In addition, a cash on delivery fee in the amount of the post 6, - EUR levied.
For shipping to foreign countries within the EU, we charge a flat rate 20,00 EUR per piece. We deliver on time, not according to countries outside the EU.
4:10
